James was always available and extremely flexible with meeting you anytime. It had been 30yr since we had purchase a house and I am very thankful that we met James. Our experience with Realtors (years ago) was very one sided they basically told us what they had and that was that. We had our house listed for more than a year. We noticed as the time for renewing the listing agreement was getting close, James would appear. Not once, not twice, but probably four or five times. His question each time was simple and direct - would we consider listing with him? He was confident he could sell our house. He was not pushy, he did not invade our privacy, he was simply persistent! It was his persistence that persuaded us to list with him. We believed that maybe someone who worked that hard to get a listing would also work that hard at selling the house. James gave us great advice and tips for showing the house well. He generated sales traffic. He advertised well. He sold it!   Then we needed a realtor to help us purchase a home. There was never any question in our minds who would work hard for us - James. And he did! We bought a foreclosed HUD home in Holland. James was as persistent as a buying agent as he was a selling agent. First James developed lists of places for us to look through, then he literally took us through more than 30 homes. It takes a lot of time to contact a realtor listing a place, line up a time to go through it and then patiently guide us through it. James did this with more than 30 homes. He patiently waited for us to explore each house and listened  carefully to our comments. James was really attentive to what we were looking for; In the process of viewing the first several homes, as James listened and watched us - he got it! He discovered what we wanted. He knew exactly - the kind of houses that we would consider. Once we made our selection, James persistence helped us again as he waded through new processes with HUD (the HUD legal teams switched hands and properties went off and then back on the market). Every question we had, James would be on it - until we had the answers.   James was a great agent. He is also a new friend. Thanks James for being there with us through our transitions. This home was a For-Sale-By-Owner for over 8 months.  James at Carini listed it, and within 30 days there was an accetped offer, at the same price the seller was asking.  It did take longer to close than usual due to the restricting appraisal guidelines, but in the end it was a great home at a great price.  Dave and Shannon were very excited to move in!
